Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it.

           An achiever in any field of life is undoubtedly a good leader. A leader is a person who is capable of influencing others with his thought s and ideas. Leadership is an inherent psychological quality which is attributed to individuals with higher level thought process. The world has seen veteran leaders like Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther king, Nelson Mandela and as far as India is concerned the world renowned Mahatma Gandhi, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and many others who had exceptional leadership qualities that definitely made them the icons of billions of people all over the world.  

To develop leadership quality requires an open mind with experience. A balanced mind to accept good and bad thinks alike makes a person a good leader. A mind to accept mistakes and learn lessons from them without any prejudice is a great quality for developing leadership quality. 

The necessity of developing leadership quality should be started at an earlier age. As far as children are concerned parents should recognize the hidden leadership qualities and should try to mold the children accordingly. Today most of the problems all over the world occur due to lack of proper guidance. A good leader can make the people under the value of life and the necessity to make the world a better place to live not only for today but also for the future generations. A good leadership quality makes a person a leader in any aspect like spiritual, political, social or on any other humanitarian aspect.
